- Founder, Allan Milham, is Master Certified Coach who has more than 25 years of experience impacting top-performing teams and individuals in corporate settings ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies.
- Co-Founder, Janis Milham, has over 30 years of senior leadership experience at Marriott International where she led a variety of teams and was known for her skills in coaching, mentoring and advising.
- Kris Harmelink is an Associate Certified Coach and has 25 years of leadership, strategic sales, high level customer engagement and portfolio management through a series of roles at Marriott International.
Allan has logged over 10,000 hours working with top performers and their teams. His experience ranges from his early work consulting U.S. Olympians to advising senior executives and their teams in over fifteen industries globally.
Allan’s career is distinguished by being one of only 650 recipients worldwide of the Master Certified Coach designation awarded by the International Coach Federation. In addition, he has more than 25 years’ experience coaching top-performing teams and individuals in corporate settings — from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.
Allan served as a consultant for one of the world’s leading career transition firms, Drake Beam Morin. He has held key leadership positions for Marriott International and TMI USA, an international human resource consulting firm focused on performance management, customer service, culture change, and human relations.
From his early experiences growing up in the Midwest achieving leadership roles in school, church and on his way to becoming an Eagle scout, Allan has always being interested in human potential and what makes leaders top performing.
Allan holds a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology. He is a certified practitioner in numerous leadership and team assessments including the Integrative Enneagram (ie9) Instrument.
Janis Milham is a regarded leader with over 30 years of experience at Marriott International where she achieved success in a series of high level roles. Her most recent role was Senior Vice President and Global Brand Leader where she led vision, strategy and execution for all facets of global brand positioning, strategy, product design, guest experience programming and marketing for seven of Marriott’s 30 brands.
Throughout her career, Janis has been both a student and teacher of leadership excellence. She successfully led teams to high levels of performance by creating a culture of growth, collaboaration, trust and empowerment. Throughout her career, she coached and mentored hundreds of associates across the organization helping them to advance their careers and achieve their goals. Her authentic style, sharp intellect, and practical experience, in tandem with her ability to hear diverse viewpoints, engage the hearts and minds of her audience, and lead so that all can be a part of a larger purpose sets her distinctly apart.
Janis was the founding member of Marriott’s San Franciso Bay Area Diverstiy Council and has been a longtime leader of Women’s Leadership Initiatives, which is a passion of hers. She completed over 82 hours of coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation, as she believes coaching skills are some of the best leadership skills you can acquire.
In her heart, Janis is a small town girl who grew up in Kansas. She went to college at the University of Kansas where she received her Bachlors degree. Janis, Allan and their daughter Kate recently moved back to Arizona which is their “happy place.”
Kris Harmelink has 25 years of leadership, global strategic sales, high level customer engagement and is always been considered an internal coach and trusted advisor.
After a series of 14 roles at Marriott International, Kris now positions herself in the executive business coaching space and believes everyone has the potential to be a leader and benefit from performance coaching. She has the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through The International Coaching Federation.
She leverages her broad, diverse knowledge allowing her to showcase her ability to move individuals and teams to perform and lead at a higher level. She has “walked the walk and talked the talk” in developing, shaping and managing her own career and personal family story multiple times.
She assists leaders facing career development opportunities, work-life integration, executive presence and navigating the new business challenges through this unprecedented environment.
Kris holds a BBA from the University of New Mexico and is a single full-time mother raising two teenage boys in Cave Creek, AZ. She participates in youth sports organizations and women’s charities, including donating coaching hours to single mother foundations She is passionate about nutrition, fitness, meditation and self-development which she believes are also pillars in achieving top performance in the workplace.
